Material information:
• MDF: MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood-derived material. Its production uses resins (adhesives) for bonding wood fibers, which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and more durable. It also does not absorb moisture at all.
• PP: Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic material widely used in many fields due to its excellent properties. Although it is lightweight, it has high impact resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring resistance to impacts and abrasion. It maintains its properties even under the influence of moisture, making it suitable for applications in high-humidity environments.
Material maintenance instructions:
• MDF: To clean it, use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from humidity. Wipe any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.
• PP: For daily cleaning of polypropylene, use a soft cloth or sponge, lightly soaked with mild detergent and warm water. Apply the cloth to the surface and clean by applying gentle pressure.
